It's time to celebrate! Mog & Rue, a women's boutique located in the heart of Encinitas, is turning 4 years old this month. In 2006, Kristen Di Zinno, owner and East Coast transplant, was having a hard time finding stores that conveys her sophisticated, classic style. So after countless trips to the mall and boutiques that ended in strikeouts, she quickly notice what San Diego lacked in contemporary and East coast-esque style. Thus, Mog & Rue was born.
